Pricing FAQ

Common questions about NEPI pricing and licensing.

Yes. NEPI is open source under the BSD-3 license and free for education, evaluation, and prototyping. Commercial licenses apply when systems are productized or deployed operationally.
The Open Source tier gives you the full platform under a BSD-3 license, which allows commercial use. The Professional tier adds a per-device commercial license with eligibility for support plans. Both include the same NEPI software.
No. The Educational license is for non-commercial use only, including classroom instruction, student projects, and academic competitions. To ship in commercial products, use the Open Source (BSD-3) or Professional license.
Support plans are optional. All NEPI users have access to documentation, tutorials, videos, and the community forum at no cost. Support plans provide direct access to Numurus engineers for teams that need hands-on assistance with integration, troubleshooting, or customization.
