Frequently asked questions

The beta program is open to anyone actively using or evaluating NEPI. We prioritize teams with real hardware and active projects, but educational teams and individual developers are welcome to apply.
Yes. Beta testing is free. You get early access to features and direct engineering support at no cost. In exchange, we ask for honest feedback and bug reports.
Bug reports, usability feedback, feature requests, and documentation gaps. We provide a structured feedback process, but informal feedback via Discord is also valuable.
Beta periods vary by feature. Some run for a few weeks, others for a couple of months. We'll communicate timelines and expectations when you're accepted into the program.
